Exam Procedures:

CIDA France ensures that all professional certification exams are conducted with integrity, impartiality, and adherence to established international standards.

  • Exams are administered online through the official platform and typically last two hours, consisting of around fifty multiple-choice questions of varying difficulty to assess competence accurately.
  • Candidates must provide basic personal information to receive a test access code, ensuring only authorized individuals can take the exam.
  • Security measures, including browser restrictions, webcam monitoring, and internet tracking, are implemented to prevent unauthorized access or malpractice.
  • A minimum score of 70% is required to pass. In case of technical interruptions, candidates should report immediately via the complaint service.
  • Upon completion, candidates are encouraged to provide feedback to help improve future examinations.

How to Take the Exam

  • Submit your application with supporting documents
  • Your application is reviewed by the technical committee.
  • Upon approval, pay the exam fee.
  • Receive your test access code, valid for 15 days.
  • Complete the online exam within the validity period.
  • Exam results are issued immediately upon completion.
  • If unsuccessful, you may retake the exam free of charge within 30 days.
  • Upon passing, the certificate will be emailed to you.
  • Hard copy certificates are available upon request, with international postage fees applied.

Exam Fees

CIDA FRANCE charges a fee for each test and issuance of a professional certificate directly with CIDA distinctive logo and registration on the official website of 200 euros, the opportunity to take the exam again for free within one month in case of inability to pass the exam from the first time.
