Conference on Digital Technology Law 4

About the Conference

The world is undergoing a rapid digital transformation that is reshaping the nature of economic, social, and legal relationships. Digital technologies, artificial intelligence, online platforms, big data, and digital services have become integral to everyday life and to the activities of governments, institutions, businesses, and individuals.

This transformation has introduced new and increasingly complex legal challenges that extend beyond traditional legislative frameworks. These challenges range from the regulation and protection of data and electronic transactions and contracts to legal liability for artificial intelligence systems, cybercrime, digital rights, and intellectual property in the digital environment.

Against this backdrop, the International Conference on Digital Technology Law provides an academic and professional platform for dialogue on the future of law in the age of technology. The Conference seeks to explore how legislative and regulatory frameworks can evolve to strike an effective balance between fostering innovation, protecting rights and freedoms, and ensuring security, trust, and accountability in the digital environment.

The Conference brings together leading academics, researchers, and professionals in law, technology, economics, and management, alongside legal practitioners and experts in digital regulation. It aims to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience and to explore emerging international trends in the regulation of technology and the digital economy.
