CIDA FRANCE encourages training entities to proceed with the methodology of international recognition of people’s professional competencies by documenting their training certificates after confirming their compliance with standards and requirements

Procedure for register of a certification scheme

The procedure for registration of a professional certification scheme CIDA follows a package of procedures to register a professional certification scheme for the benefit of such service providers and to ensure the quality and impartiality of your party’s evaluation. To get this, you can follow the steps below

  1. Register as a professional certification service provider
  2. Completion of the Certificate scheme registration application form.
  3. The application is examined by a specialized commission in the field
  4. The initial acceptance or rejection and its reasons will be answered within 7 working days
  5. After answering with consent, the fee is paid.
  6. You will receive a response with the committee’s recommendations for improvement or final acceptance within seven days
  7. You can follow these recommendations and resend again to complete the registration process.
  8. The validity of registration expires upon the expiration of the official license in the country of origin or in case of failure to register a Certification scheme within six months from the date of registration as a professional certification provider.

Fees

Basic

CIDA FRANCE charges EUR 950 for the adoption of a single Certificate scheme and registration of all certificates issued to it in international registries without any additional fees for a period of three years and the accreditation is renewed by 25% of the basic fees for a similar period.

CIDA FRANCE recommends that the certificate be registered to confirm its accreditation and credibility to customers and to ensure its recognition, as the certificate is considered unrecognized if it is not registered

Economic

CIDA FRANCE charges professional certificate registration fees in several forms to suit the different needs of service providers
Model 1: (€300) providing accreditation for (1) scheme.
Model 2: (€750) providing accreditation for (5) scheme.
Model 3: (€1100) providing accreditation for (10) scheme.

To validate the certificate, you must pay 15 euros per certificate for registration on the official website.

Any certificate that is not registered on the official website is not recognized. If a complaint is reported to us, we have the right to take legal action against the person who caused it.
